General terms and conditions
Effective: from the day after legal review and approval. The page reflects the published version.

2. Services and prices
- VTR – 1 vehicle: €20 (gross), a technical analysis of that vehicle; no market valuation is included
- VTR – 3 vehicles: €40 (gross), three separate units that can be used independently; no market valuation is included
Prices are in euros and are understood as gross consumer prices. VAT is shown separately on the invoice.
3. Nature of the service
- The service is based on remote data collection and document analysis. It does not replace a personal technical inspection, diagnostics or warranty.
- VTR is a professional summary; it does not state that a specific vehicle is free or faulty unless evidence supports this.
4. Ordering and payment
- The order is created when payment is successfully completed. Payment is made on the card payment page of Barion Payment Zrt.
- A package entitlement is activated only after successful, confirmed payment.
- The units of a package can each be used once; one vehicle can be assigned per unit.
5. Delivery
The completed report is available in PDF format in the customer’s logged-in area.
6. Withdrawal
The consumer’s right of withdrawal is governed by the relevant legal provisions.
7. Refunds
If delivery fails, the amount paid is refunded through Barion.
8. Invoicing
- The invoice is issued through the szmlazz.hu system with the details provided by the buyer, after payment.
- A Barion payment receipt is not an invoice.
9. Complaints
You can submit complaints at info@automenedzsment.hu or by phone at +36 30 755 3794. In the case of a consumer complaint, the consumer protection authority may also be contacted.
