Privacy notice (GDPR)
This notice describes the personal data processed on the VTRcheck website, through the contact form and during ordering.

VTRcheck is provided and operated by Autómenedzsment Europe Kft.
2. What data we process
Contact form: company name (optional), contact person’s name, email address, phone number (optional), topic of enquiry and the text of your message.
Orders (paid packages): the ordering person’s name, email address and phone number; the details needed for invoicing; vehicle details (registration number or VIN, make, model, year, mileage, equipment, known condition); the listing link, if you provide it; photos of the car you upload.
Technical data: the time of submission, and the data needed for spam filtering (a hidden field). Server log data (such as the IP address) is needed for the hosting provider to operate the website.
Please do not include photos of other people or personal data you are not entitled to share (for example, the registration document) in the photos.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Replying to a contact message: GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (steps prior to entering a contract) or, where there is no contractual relationship, Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in answering your enquiry).
Performing the service you ordered (VTR): Article 6(1)(b) (performance of a contract).
Invoicing and accounting records: Article 6(1)(c) (legal obligation).
Filtering spam and abuse, keeping the website secure: Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).
4. How long we keep data
Contact messages: until the matter is closed, and no longer than 1 year after the last contact. If a contract is concluded, the rules for the contractual relationship also apply.
Accounting documents (invoices): 8 years, under Hungarian accounting law.
Vehicle data and photos needed to perform an order: until the service has been completed and the record of it is no longer needed. We will finalise the exact period before the report is delivered, and this notice will be updated.
5. Processors and recipients
Cloudflare: website hosting and delivery. Its servers may also be operated outside the European Union; transfers take place under the safeguards of Chapter V of the GDPR.
Számlázz.hu: issuing and storing invoices.
Barion Payment Zrt.: card payments, once online payment goes live. We do not process card details; the payment provider does.
Your data is handled by the staff of Autómenedzsment; we do not pass it on to third parties for other purposes.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, object to processing and data portability (GDPR Articles 15–21).
Send your request to info@automenedzsment.hu. We will answer without undue delay and at the latest within one month.
7. Complaints
If you have a complaint, you may contact the Hungarian data protection authority: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., naih.hu.
8. Cookies
VTRcheck does not use marketing or tracking cookies, and has no built-in visitor analytics service.
The hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set technical cookies needed for operation and security. The service would not work properly without them.
9. Automated decision-making
We do not make automated decisions based on your personal data, and we do not carry out profiling. Analyses are checked by professionals.
10. Changes to this notice
This notice may change. The version currently in force is always available on this page.
